The Process
While each mining setup is unique, we have created a structure that helps us curate a solution tailor-made for your mining needs.
1. Intake:
After confirming information from your initial inquiry form, the ASIC miner is shipped to us for diagnostics.
2. Diagnostics:
Our technicians will run a series of checks and tests to determine any problems with the hardware.
3. Discussion:
Once the miner has been diagnosed, we will report to you with a plan of action and an initial quote for parts and labour. We work with you to ensure you understand the process and autonomy over your property. We will not move forward on work without your consent.
4. Repairs & Services:
Our technicians will complete the repair services outlined in the agreement above and clean the components of your ASIC miner to ensure maximum output.
5. Return:
After we make sure everything is running smoothly, we ship the miner back to you.
